The best way to ensure you get the right amount of nutrients is by making these smoothies yourself. All you need is a blender and any other Fruit or vegetable of your choice.
They say, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” Come to think of it, how many times do you find yourself eating fruits? If not in a party or a gathering somewhere where fruits have decorated the table and are said to be for the ‘Visitors’.
Research has also shown that smoothies are necessary when one wants to lose weight and can be used as a meal replacement.

Cabbage – Apple smoothie
Ingredients
- Cabbage
- Frozen bananas
- Apples
- Honey
- Strawberries
- Half a cup of Water
Method
Blend the ingredients all together and you can go ahead and enjoy your tasty and healthy smoothie.
